Kids Yoga on Zoom

Join Miss Chelsea every Wednesday from 6-6:45 pm CT for Kids Yoga on Zoom! These classes are appropriate for young yogis aged 6-12.

Each session includes an age appropriate, themed class plan that touches on culture, literature and the arts, history, or STEM and often includes a chance for mindful creative expression through drawing and other types of art making. Students will learn basic yoga poses, as well as some “tricky challenges” to keep them interested! They will also explore breathing techniques and relaxation to set them up for success in self-regulation and mindfulness.
